Is there a free plan?
Yes — all paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. We also offer a free tier for up to 3 seats with basic CRM features.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Each user who needs full access to Tokylo counts as a seat. Read-only and limited users (e.g. executives viewing dashboards) don't count toward your seat limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What counts as a 'marketing email send'?
One marketing email send is one email delivered to one contact. Transactional emails (receipts, password resets) are unlimited and don't count.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes. We offer 50% off for qualified non-profits and a startup programme for companies under 2 years old with less than $1M in funding. Contact us to apply.
How does data migration work?
We offer free CSV import for all plans, and assisted migration from HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive for Professional and Enterprise customers.
