CRM integrations

Bring the records you need. Keep the scope explicit.

Tokylo supports configured connector workflows for Salesforce and HubSpot. Setup, administrator access, and field mapping are part of each implementation.

CURRENT CONNECTOR SCOPE

01

SALESFORCE

Manual import for configured workspaces

Supported record scope

  • Import Salesforce Contacts.
  • Import Salesforce Accounts.
  • Apply mapped Opportunity updates to Tokylo deal records.

Operating model

A workspace administrator starts the import manually. The connector is available only where the workspace has been configured and the required credentials and product controls are enabled.

SETUP SEQUENCE

  1. 01

Confirm that the connector is enabled for the workspace.

  2. 02

Have a workspace administrator configure the authorized connection.

  3. 03

Review the supported entity and field mapping.

  4. 04

Start the import manually and review the resulting sync log.

02

HUBSPOT

Private-app connector with required mapping

Connection method

HubSpot connects through a private app configured for the workspace. The app must have the CRM access required for the records included in the migration.

Supported record scope

  • Contacts
  • Companies
  • Deals

SETUP SEQUENCE

  1. 01

Create or select a HubSpot private app with the required CRM access.

  2. 02

Configure the private-app connector for the Tokylo workspace.

  3. 03

Map the required contact, company, and deal fields.

  4. 04

Run the configured connector and review any mapping or record errors.

Availability and review

Connector availability depends on workspace configuration, administrator permissions, valid credentials, and enabled product controls. Entity coverage and field mapping should be reviewed before records are moved. These connector descriptions do not imply a Salesforce or HubSpot partnership or certification.

Review your source CRM before choosing a migration path.

We’ll confirm workspace eligibility, record scope, field mapping, and the controls required for the move.
